Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She is known for her performances in soaps like Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring role as Daphne during the second season of HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her teaching journey began within Maury County teaching Reading to kindergarten and the 1st grade. She then got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin beloved, and then moved to Thompsons Station in 1998. At Bethesda Elementary she started teaching 4th graders. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her continued to teach as she was receiving her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped away from the classroom when they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into the world in the year 2000. Ashley was able to spend her final 15 years working for the community and focusing on children's development at the church she was a part of as well as the surrounding community. Ashley has served as a pastor in the Preschool and Student Ministry from Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids during the time she was at home. Through their years of home schooling they attended a family school tutoring session which Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st grade. Although she loved homeschooling, as well as spending time with her kids God clearly showed their family members that it was the right time to re-enter school full time. Brent and Ashley have five children. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz All three attend GCA. Baylor a GCA graduate attends and participates in baseball for UT Martin. Callan as well as is a GCA graduate attends Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family with a love of activities, fishing and hunting with their children. Romans 8:28.
